2. Change of the grace period rule for all Software Assurance Benefits
Previously, when an enrolment ended coustomers had an additional 2 months grace period on average in order to claim any outstanding benefits available to you on MVLS.But From November 11th the benefits ceased to be active on MVLS once the enrolment expired. There is no grace period.

There is one exception to the rule: all training vouchers will continue to be available for 180 days/6 months once the voucher is assigned to someone during the active enrolment term.

We strongly advise you to activate your benefits as soon as possible during your Software Assurance agreement, in order that you can realise the full value of SA. and get the ''benefits' for the full period of your entitlement.
