Usage Reports – New Year new process
Following customer feed back, we will be sending you a reminder email the first week of every month to start this process earlier allowing you more time to collate your records. This is to ensure compliance for the previous months SPLA usage.
NOTE: If you report zero usage for a consecutive 6 month period your SPLA agreement will be terminated.
