Scott Haddow

Scott Haddow

Chief Executive Officer

In February 2009, Scott joined Trustmarque Solutions as our Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to Trustmarque, Scott joined New Horizons as Group Managing Director in 2007 where he embarked on the acquisition trail – purchasing two companies and managing the integration. Scott also built a UK management team and re-aligned the business strategy to focus on services-led solutions and propositions.

In 1999, Scott joined Computacenter UK as an Account Manager in Edinburgh looking after financial services clients. In 2001, Scott was promoted to UK Client Director focusing on the financial services and utilities sector, heavily focusing on high value services lead outsourcing as well as run rate and account management. In 2005, he became the Managing Director (Scotland & Ireland) responsible for all of Computacenter’s Scotland and Ireland business including public and private sector, growth targets, Profit and Loss (£250million) and over 700 clients and members of staff. He was also a Non-Executive Director of the IT body ‘ScotlandIS’ and held seat on Computacenter UK Executive team. This role was later entirely financial services focused through a re-organisation of the UK business.

Scott has a young family and he likes to spend much of his free time enjoying their company.


Angelo-Head

Angelo Di Ventura

Group Sales & Marketing Director

Angelo is responsible for developing, driving and leading the Sales, Marketing and Partner engagement strategies within Trustmarque. Angelo joined Trustmarque in June 2009 and has a proven track record in the Technology and Services industry, having spent 15 years in Sales, Leadership and General Management roles.

Previously, Angelo was Senior Vice President, UK & Ireland for Insight (NASDAQ:NSIT), a global provider of hardware and software solutions to businesses, where he spent 6 years leading a team of over 700 people. During his tenure at Insight Angelo was responsible for leading the transformation of the business from product supplier to solution provider. He also lead a team that won several new multi million pound customer contracts and developed an organisation which consistently outperformed the market and its competitors.

Prior to that, Angelo has held various senior level sales and marketing roles within the IT channel. He has run large national and multinational sales and marketing teams focused on a variety of customer segments, from major Global accounts down to SMEs. Angelo also has experience in new territory business start ups, solution and proposition development and partner and channel development.

Angelo holds a BSc (hons) degree from Lancaster University in Biological Sciences and admits to having originally planned to become a forensic scientist before “falling” into IT. In his spare time, he enjoys competing in and watching all sports. He is a keen runner and has completed several marathons including the London Marathon 3 times – his best time is 4hrs 8mins and he intends to keep competing until he breaks the 4hrs mark. When he is not working or running Angelo enjoys spending time with his family, in particular his new baby daughter.


Vicky Godliman

Group Finance Director

Vicky has overall responsibility for the financial strategy of the business. Vicky recognises that the success of the finance function is down to the individuals within the team and so creates an environment allowing individuals to fulfil their potential. Promotions within the team are actively encouraged and each member of the team realises their importance to the business.

Vicky joined Trustmarque in 2006 as Financial Controller and became Group Finance Director at the beginning of 2012. Prior to Trustmarque Vicky owned and managed her software reseller business for 5 years, focusing entirely on account software and providing consultancy services to businesses across a broad range of industry sectors.

Prior to that, Vicky held a senior position in a renewable fuels company and an internal audit role in VP Plc. where she managed the successful integration of 4 acquisition targets into the core business over a 12 month period.

Vicky trained with audit firms PWC, Ernst & Young and Garbutt & Elliott.

Vicky’s hobbies include skiing, running and walking her dogs but her main passion is horse-riding and in particular competing her horse at National Horse Trails.


Mark Godliman

Mark Godliman

Chief Operating Officer

Mark has 15 years experience of managing Business Operations teams and driving business change projects.

Mark joined Trustmarque in the summer of 2000 as a Senior Project Manager and in 2009 became Chief Operating Officer. In May of the same year Mark kicked off Trustmarque’s transformational change programme which he led through to its successful completion five months later.

Mark is currently responsible for all of Trustmarque’s Business Operations and for the original architecture, setup and ongoing management of Trustmarque’s Enterprise Solutions Group (TESG). Launched in September 2009, TESG has experienced rapid growth and is fast becoming a significant contributing factor to Trustmarque’s continued success.

His role positions Mark at the centre of the organisation; he is responsible for ensuring that the Business Infrastructure, IT Systems and Operations teams are all running as effectively as possible, thus maximising the overall efficiency of the business and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Mark is a keen Eventer and competes his horses regularly at National Horse Trials. He spends what is remaining of his free time skiing, walking and windsurfing.


Liz Reynolds

Liz Reynolds

HR Director

Liz is responsible for the development and execution of Trustmarque’s people strategy, with a bright, forward-looking Human Resources team who provide a full HR & training service to the business.

Liz has over 10 years operational, project and HR management experience in the IT and Services sectors, including Ventura, Hallmark Cards and TrigoldCrystal. In addition to her Management degree she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, with a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and an Advanced Certificate in Employment Law.

Liz is also a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a former UK & Canadian free-sparring gold medallist, but tends not to use these skills at work. Meanwhile, in her spare time she runs a non-profit Tae Kwon Do club in her local community, teaching adults & children.
